If a watch does not meet our requirements, it is returned to the seller and never listed on Gemtick.

Every product listing clearly identifies the watch as pre-owned and provides an accurate description of its condition, included accessories, and any notable cosmetic wear. We believe complete transparency helps you make an informed purchase with confidence.

We stand behind every watch we sell. If a watch purchased from Gemtick is determined not to be authentic, we will issue a full refund within one year of the purchase date, in accordance with our Authenticity Guarantee.
