At Gemtick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The watch is in its original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories are included
- The item has not been resized, altered, or customized in any way
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at sales@gemtick.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with approval or further instructions.
- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
- Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it within 1 to 2 business days.
Please note: For a smoother resolution process, we recommend recording a video while opening your package, as this helps us address any concerns quickly and accurately.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 3 calendar days of delivery. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please contact us at sales@gemtick.com with your order number and details of the item you would like instead.
Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that show signs of use
- Items returned without their original packaging, certificates, or accessories
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 1 to 2 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Return received and inspected: 1 to 2 business days
- Refund initiated: within 1 business day of inspection approval
- Refund reflected in your account: 3 to 7 business days (varies by bank)
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The item does not meet the return eligibility conditions listed above
- The return is initiated after the 3-calendar day return window has passed
- The item has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is handled by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong item sent or a defective product. In those cases, Gemtick will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at sales@gemtick.com with your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the item is delivered. Cancellations after dispatch are not applicable and will be treated as returns.
There are no cancellation fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging right away and contact us at sales@gemtick.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement of equal value.
If you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we will arrange a collection and send the correct item at no additional cost. If part of your order is missing, simply reach out with your order number, and we will verify your order and ship the missing item immediately.
