This Billing Policy outlines how Gemtick handles payments, charges, and billing-related matters. By completing a purchase on gemtick.com, you agree to the terms described below.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards) through our secure checkout. Bank wire transfer is also available for high-value orders.
Credit Card Processing Fee
A processing fee applies to credit card transactions and is displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment. This fee is capped in accordance with card network regulations (for example, Visa at 3%). No other payment methods incur additional charges.
When You Are Charged
Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed.
Currency
All transactions on gemtick.com are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are using a card issued in a different currency, your bank may apply a foreign exchange rate or conversion fee. Gemtick is not responsible for any such charges applied by your financial institution.
Sales Tax
Prices are shown excluding sales tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.
Discount Codes
Gemtick does not currently offer discount codes or promotional coupons. Any offer displayed on our website reflects a genuine, current price for the listed product.
Billing Errors
If you notice a discrepancy in your billing, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at sales@gemtick.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Refund to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility.
Fraud Prevention
For the security of our customers, all transactions are monitored for unusual activity. Gemtick reserves the right to cancel any order where fraudulent activity is suspected. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified and fully refunded.
